When school was in session, our students participated in a daily social skills group. In this group we talked about sharing, using words to express what we need and how we are feeling, participated in guided meditations, and more. Although this will work a bit differently now due to COVID-19, it is important that our students are still given these opportunities and are provided the necessary materials they need while learning at home. Help our students explore their inner self and creator within. These materials will help make a difference during this remote learning journey by providing opportunities for students to express themselves in a variety of different ways through creative writing, journaling, mindfulness, art, and more. Your donation will help provide a sense of normalcy for our students and allow them to continue to practice their social skills at home. Our students and I are extremely grateful for your consideration.
