I am taking over our physical education program and want to emphasize a healthy heart! This speaker will be utilized every day for warm ups and workouts! It is much easier establishing a rhythm running and working out with sound! My goal is to introduce and utilize the Pacer program with my students. The Pacer program is a program that has a timing sound starting slow and increasing in speed as the students continue with the workout. It is widely used across the country in physical education classes from junior highs through high schools.
