To introduce incoming Freshman to our school, we host a "freshman ramp up" which lasts 4 weeks over the summer. During this time, students are introduced to our school, how classrooms are structured, and to serve as for them to become familiar with the school. I teach Biology, so I use this time to introduce the scientific method, lab safety, and finish the summer program with dissections. Because of COVID-19 it is unsure if our school is hosting Freshman ramp up in school. If that's the case, I want to be able to host virtual labs similar to what we would experience if we were in the classroom. I want the students to be able to complete dissections at home to introduce Science and spark their interest in learning for the fall.
