With these materials my students will be able to cozy up with a good book on the floor or have a cozy and quiet space to take some time to calm their bodies. They will also be given a variety of sensory materials to chose from in order to assist them develop all those small muscle movements that are necessary later on. They will also be provided with multiple opportunities for peer nteraction to gain the life skills such as sharing and taking turns, as well as following rules and routines.
