This will give the children a chance to explore their math and sensory skills. They will be able to dig, fill containers for measuring, pouring out into other containers, and help with their sensory skills. This sand will be used here at our center in our covered sand box. This will help strengthen the children's math skills while they think they are just getting to play. For any children who have sensory issues this will help them as well. I know that they will truly enjoy have this on their playground.
