At this time, my district has chosen to go with the hybrid model of learning to start the year which puts our students in school for 2 days each week and at home on their iPad for the other 3 days. This model is not ideal for young kids, but it’s our reality. My goal as a Kindergarten teacher is to create the most developmentally appropriate classroom that I can while keeping my students safe. These materials will help to create a developmentally appropriate classroom! Students will use alphabet beads to practice letter identification, spelling their names and spelling high frequency words. They will be able to listen to these stories both at home and at school!
