Time management is a skill that is important in not just the work industry you but in life itself. Learning good time management would be beneficial to my students because this will allow me to focus more on helping the perfect the skill instead of manually calculating hours on a daily basis. The students will also be able to see how often they are late and how it may affect their pay if I give them incentives for being on time on a weekly basis. I want to make this generation successful
