I am hoping to get help in purchasing classroom sets of the titles we read together each year in my third grade class. Third graders are just learning to read chapter books and in the year ahead students will no longer be able to share books due to covid 19. This project will allow each student to have a copy of the book at home. My students come from low income families and do not have the funds to purchase these materials for their child. With your help, each child will have their own copy that they can bring to and from school. They will be reading the books and participating in meaning full discussions and comprehension work from Teachers Pay Teachers , both in the classroom and online from home. With the duel learning model of in class and at home learning, and the restrictions on sharing books, I am hoping to get these 2 books into each child's hand. Thank you for considering my project.
