This ABC rug will be the center of our learning. Students have the ability to make independent choices as to where they sit for their learning experience. The rug will increase students' desire to find different letters in their own names; which will start their foundation of knowledge of the alphabet. Also, enhancing the sound each letter makes with the animal that forms the letters. Introducing colors will be another benefit learning tool for this rug. Which will help them understand when they are dismissed from the rug since we will be using colors that way.

About my class
