I am requesting donations for scissors, earbuds, and markers because I want to be able to have enough supplies available so that students do not need to share supplies. This is a major change from our school environment prior to COVID-19, where we would share supplies daily. The feather quill pen is a special item that we use when studying the Declaration of Independence. Students write their own version of a break-up letter to the King of England and they get to sign their final draft with a feather pen. The doorbell is a great classroom management item that many teachers use to signal different transitions during the day. I think that the kids will enjoy the different sounds and it will be a great signaling tool.
