Sensory breaks are an important part of our day in the life-skills classroom. A sensory friendly environment will help my students feel safe while learning. It is very important for our students to learn about their emotions and how to react to what they are feeling. It is our hope to create a sensory friendly learning environment which fosters learning! We want our students to feel safe, and have a postive learning experience! By providing students with the opportunity to learn in a sensory friendly environment, we can make learning a positive experience! We cannot wait to continue learning!
