I created this project to help build my classroom library. As a Language Arts teacher it is my job to introduce students to all types of reading that are reading level appropriate, relevant, and engaging. The ability to read is such a key skill both for academic success and success outside of school. While my program has a strong academic focus, we also focus on building life skills that will help students long after they advance to high school and beyond. These novels will help my students increase their reading skills, communication skills, imagination, and provide wonderful story lines to fall into.

About my class
