The materials for this project would allow for engaging and fun activities for students of all physical abilities. Physical education(PE) is the most powerful 'medicine' for present and future health issues - For the body, mind, and spirit. By promoting physical education (P.E.) in schools and having adequate materials, educators are in a prime position to help students establish life-long healthy behavior patterns and boost scholastic success.

About my class
