We have a call and response that speaks life into our mission. "100%! ALL IN ALL WIN" I am truly all in for my students and my personal growth as an educator. This professional development opportunity would change my teaching experience indefinitely. Not only will this certification opportunity allow me to showcase how talented my children are, but also allow me to dive deep into what makes me an effective teacher. The National Board Certification process requires each candidate to participate in an extensive data submission process. As apart of that submission I must record myself teaching and delivering quality instruction. This camera will allow me the opportunity to do just that and more. I will be able to not only see myself clearly but be free of the hassle of having to re-record lessons. I desire to submit an application that displays my classroom in its genuine state of high rigor instruction, and not one that seems scripted or unnatural. This is much more than a title change, but a way to open doors for me professionally. I am so honored to be an educator, especially in the times of needed innovation and dedication to the craft of teaching.
