The materials that I am requesting will be utilized daily by students, not only this year, but for many years to come. The books will help children practice reading skills, and foster a love of reading. A wide variety of titles gives each child opportunities to find books that are of interest to each one of them. With your help, I would be able to provide a classroom library for my students to use each day. The more children practice reading, the easier it becomes for them. These books would help my students become independent readers.
