My students may like math, but I want them to LOVE math. The goal of this project is for my students to be excited and actively engaged when solving math problems on a daily basis. This math corner will also allow my students gain self-confidence which will enable them to teach each other what they have learned. As William Paul Thurston quoted, "Mathematics is not about numbers, equations, computations, or algorithums. It is about understanding". Therefore, with your help we can give my students a place to explore all of their math curiosities and gain a better understanding of their weekly Essential Questions!

About my class
