This will be my first classroom of my own and I would like to make a perfect learning environment for my students. These items will give my 5th graders choices in a work environment that works best for them. I want to support each student and the way they learn best. These supplies and flexible seating options will help keep students comfortable and confident while they are learning. I want to be able to set each student up for success in my classroom. Each student is unique and learns differently and I would like their learning environment to support them. We do a lot of work on the carpet and with iPads so the surfer stations and lap workspaces will work wonderfully. The stools and exercise ball seat will help students who learn better when not in classroom chairs and can be moved around easily for group work and projects. Many of my students can't afford to bring their own supplies in for school so the markers and crayons will enable all of them to have access to these supplies for their work, projects, and activities.
