My students are already builders and experimenters. They've built vehicles and contraptions. They've taken limited materials and created fun and creative solutions to engineering problems, but they need to take their capabilities and add a level of scientific and mathematical rigor. They need to more accurately measure what they do. The Pocketlab is the tool to take their experiences to a higher level. They're already gathering data to adjust and improve their creations, but the data the Pocketlab provides will help them reach a new level of mathematical skill, scientific rigor, and precision.
