My school district doesn't allow us to do live (synchronous) instruction. Unfortunately, this means that my students can no longer experience the excitement and engagement created when we were face-to-face in class. However, asynchronous education can be great with the right tools. I am hoping to use the equipment from this project to be able to make videos that can make difficult science concepts easier to grasp. It is my hope that my students will be engaged enough to watch and study the videos produced. By having better video equipment like a wireless mic and lighting with self-stick chart paper, I can actually simulate the classroom environment my students are used to! Asynchronous instruction can be awesome!
