The class I teach is brand new this year. So, the classroom that I inherited contained very little furniture, supplies, or decorations. All classrooms should be welcoming, engaging, and colorful! One specific area I need to create is a "Feelings Corner" - a space where the students can identify, name, and express their feelings! An Inside Out theme seemed perfect for this space. These posters, plush dolls, and figurines will be ideal visuals to help my students understand and explain their emotions. With the colorful and lovable Joy, Sadness, Anger, Disgust, Fear, and Bing Bong, I will be able to engage my students in many productive social emotional learning lessons. Thank you!
