These materials will make a difference in my students' learning through giving them access to an inviting library area in our classroom full of diverse books. The book character stuffed animals will be used as book buddies for students as they take turns reading in the library for center time. This project will also give them access to multisensory tools to help them with learning how to read. Students will utilize materials like the pop it blocks and playdoh for learning how to sound out new words and segment sounds in words. All materials will be utilized in the classroom. My goal is to make learning fun and magical for them, especially after such a long time of having to stay at home. My hope is that our classroom will become a second home for my students.
