These materials will assist my students to stay engaged by participating each day while developing skills that can be transferred to other activities. Most importantly my students will be burning calories, building endurance, building muscle, and of course working on eye-hand coordination, balance, and agility, and learning strategy. As my students benefit from this opportunity it will also create an avenue for them to relieve stress, which will subsequently lead to a sound mind, improve work ethic, more energy, and focus to complete tasks. I am grateful that my students will get a chance to continue learning at home during this COVID 19 pandemic.

About my class
