My project is to transform my middle school math class into an aesthetically pleasing environment in order to help students get into a magical mood of learning mathematics. Help my student's become math magicians by transporting them to the Magical World of Harry Potter! In my classroom, there will be various themes from Hogwarts (Quidditch, Marauder's Map, Room of Requirement, Divination, etc.). Students will enter my room through Platform 9 & 3/4, and sorted into one of the honorable Hogwarts houses in the Great Hall, which will build pride and accountability in their house and housemates.
