When it comes to educating today's youth, there is no time to waste. Our hope is to create a safe and calm learning environment for scholars, that is filled with all the tools and materials they need to achieve academic success. A serious goal for our school is to improve literacy rates. It is our intention to have a school that is print-rich and student-friendly. Research tells us that a child’s vocabulary and reading skills are linked to their economic background. By age 3, there is a 30-million-word gap between children in underserved communities and their wealthier same-age peers. When our scholars reach the classroom, we seek to lessen this gap, if not close it completely. I ask that you help support our mission by donating today, so that our students can have an appropriate classroom materials.
