During the pandemic, students have moved to Distance Learning for the Fall Semester. Having a good laptop allows me to edit videos and create fun lesson plans on Edpuzzle, Welnet, and Schoology. I had a decent working Apple MacBook, but due to having 2 boys under the age of 3 at home all day due to daycare closure, I no longer have a laptop that functions well. I use Zoom Meetings for synchronous learning for all my classes. Having good earphones allows me to clearly hear and understand my students during my Zoom meetings online. Again, the materials I'm asking for are tools to help me become an effective teacher online during distance learning. Creating amazing lessons plans on a good laptop and having good earphones during zoom meetings well help me out for the Fall Semester. Having tools such as a laptop will help me with editing videos on Edpuzzle to make meaningful lessons in a form of a quiz, a test, or a learning video on how to perform certain skills in different sports. The resources I am requesting will help with student and parent communication as well. In addition, having these resources students will be able to clearly hear and understand lessons during zoom meetings. The importance of these resources will aid and guide students during distance learning through the Fall Semester.
