Executive functioning makes the ability to follow directions and to organize thoughts and materials challenging for my students. Making learning fun makes learning more accessible. My students struggle with retaining letter names and sounds. Alphabet Sounds Teaching Tubs will allow students to connect real-world items with letters and letter sounds. Mr. Potato Head will offer a fun way for my students to follow simple directions with the various pieces, use the toy to build expressive and receptive language, as well as provide them an opportunity for self-expression in their designs.
