Being a first-year teacher I realized I needed a way for those active students to be occupied and learn at the same time. Exercise balls will allow concentration and flexibility within my classroom. Children will be able to reach their full potential in the classroom, especially those with sensory processing disorders and those who just have a strong need to fidget. I have one child who can't sit for more than five minutes. This will allow him to move more than sitting in a chair for long periods of time. The balls will allow the children to be responsible and allow for social distancing. We are all concerned as we move forward and I believe these balls will benefit my classroom in the future.
