My class loves to read books from our classroom library and gets especially excited when new books are added! I would like to be able to gift my students books for their reading pleasure and to increase those reading levels. My students love art the most! In class, we used Sharpies and white paper to create art pieces and used various media to add color. At the beginning of the school year, my students were given a composition notebook in which they were able to free write. My students are very creative and would love to spend their free time writing stories, sometimes with a buddy! Some would go through these faster than others, and they were given a new one when their first one was full. I would love to be able to give them a new notebook to continue their creative writing. Everyone deserves a break after working so hard! In class, students loved to use Play-doh when they finished their work. They would enjoy having Play-doh to use at home after they've completed their distance learning lessons.
