This printer and paper will allow my students' data to be available to me so that I can consistently be hands-on in their growth. These supplies will also allow me to proved incentives for my students to actively participate and to go above the expectations set out for them. My lessons require constant scholar engagement and student discourse and snacks and incentives do a great job in encouraging students to be confident enough to engage in academic discourse. I use lots of academic discourse to gauge students understanding in real-time. I am also very data-driven in my instruction and that requires the utmost organization.
