These materials will give our students the opportunity to use real dissection tools. Right now our department does not have any. We have a few items to dissect, but without the actual tools, it will be more challenging. With the tools, they will be able to explore the internal structures. The students will be able to compare and contrast between organs in animals and the organs in our body. These students are studying health science, and many will become first generation college students to pursue health science degrees. To ensure their success, we want to prepare them as best we can.
