I have carefully selected a list of books where students can read and discover that there are countless people in the world like them. There is so literature surrounding us, but I feel like we don't read enough books that our wide variety of students can relate to. Nothing is more rewarding than reading a story, and a student saying, 'Wow, That person looks just like me!" I want my students to be educated in the culture of our world, and these books will allow us to have wonderful conversations and feel more connected to each other than ever!

About my class
