These healthy snacks will be provided to my students who stay after school for extra enrichment. Currently, no snacks are provided to them and they would benefit from the extra energy to make it through an extra-long day. These students are all from low-income families and are provided free meals at breakfast and lunch but no snack for this extra-long day that they currently are taking for extra enrichment. They would be very appreciative of these snacks to give them the extra boost that they need at the end of their regular school day.
