During a center rotation my students will use the iPad to scan prepared QR Codes for information which could create a kind of scavenger hunt. Another example would be using the iPad to allow students to record presentations giving them practice with communicating effectively, building confidence, and learning how to make a video presentation. One way this iPad would be used is utilizing the app Google Expeditions, giving my students the opportunity to adventure into the ocean or explore a cavern and learn about the world from a different perspective.
