My goal is to create a classroom space where children can feel safe, comfortable, and able to explore sensory objects while learning about coping skills and self-care. My vision is that when children enter this room they can feel like they are in an interactive space where they can play while self-soothing. A place where they won't feel like they are going to get in trouble for touching the objects around them. Items will be well sanitized before and after each use. I am hoping that this space can make children excited to come to school and a place that they can be proud of. Please help me convert this classroom into a self-regulating fun zone!
