We are on a four day a week schedule which means the 2nd graders are in school for over 7 hours per day. That is a very long time to be sitting in a hard chair and not able to move around. With 35 students in our class we have to stay seated as much as possible or there would be a large traffic jam in the classroom. Coming this fall we will be even more limited to social distancing and personal space even more due to COVID-19. I know these would help my students to get the 'wiggles' out while in their seat and prevent them from having to get up so much and be able to focus more on their class work, reading and learning.

About my class
