These valuable scientific materials will engage students in hands on scientific learning by providing real life models that connect to classroom learning standards. Hands on experiences help students of all demographics and learning modalities to access science learning. In third grade we study animals and there life cycles, what better than to discover the food chain within an owl pellet. For young students, understanding the magnitude of space is difficult. Having the ability to demonstrate how things move in space will truly open their minds. Most importantly, these tools will create excitement and a lifelong interest in learning about science.
