As we all know, children need to move. Flexible seating would allow them to wobble, rock, bounce, lean or stand, which increases oxygen flow to the brain, blood flow and core strength. In turn, this burns more calories and increases metabolism. It also helps keep young minds more alert and focused. The flexible seating will help prevent the children from leaning back and rocking their chairs, which is unsafe. The children will be able to focus on the activity’s with their peers in a safe environment for all. Included in the project is a large activity table at which we can all sit together.
