My students will be drawn to learn, read, and create in a dream seating space in our classroom. These chairs will encourage long reads with characters from books that will create lifelong book lovers. My students and I can sit throughout the day in a learning space together that is different from traditional desks and chairs. This set encourages discussion. This seating will draw us together as not only students but family. It is a place that would allow my students' imaginations to grow and ideas to soar. This reading set would be an experience that most of my third graders would only imagine on a trip to a museum and fun learning space.
