Five, six and seven year olds are natural learners who love to explore, question and investigate while learning. I believe they learn best when given open ended activities with various hands on materials. These centers will allow all students that enter my classroom to engage in developmentally appropriate learning activities. Centers in the classroom promote high engagement, and allow for students to choose from something they are interested in. This will promote choice and the students self-motivation will increase because excited about taking on new challenges that they have chosen for themselves.

About my class
