This project is to help fund art supplies for some of the students who do not have access to art supplies while being quarantined at home. Art is a method of self expression and it is a valuable part of the education process, especially for these disadvantaged students. Simple art supplies such as a sketchbook, crayons and watercolor trays can make a world of a difference in the creation process. Since sketchbooks will not be viable for all students, as the sheer cost for 600 sketchbooks is too much, sidewalk chalk can be used as an excellent artistic tool, especially for the younger kids. This will enable them to continue making artwork that can be washed and re-drawn over and over again.
