I love teaching through the tools of AVID one pagers and Thinking Maps. It gives my kids the ability to demonstrate their learning through creative and effective ways. The journals and tool kits (pencils, crayons, pencil sharpener) will allow my students to show what they have learned, what they have read, and what they are thinking. I have realized this week as I have navigated distance learning that my students don't have the resources to help them be successful. I love teaching and they love learning whether together or far apart.
