The listening station will provide my kindergarten students with an independent literacy center option. This will help them navigate the beginning stages of reading development. Our Title I school lacks the technology resources to provide each student with the technology to grow, and this project will give the students just that! The Chromebook will allow students to navigate through the read-aloud. The organizational station will create an independent workspace for students to grab their materials on their own. This donation to my classroom will assist my students' learning as they follow along with a book during the interactive read-aloud. With this listening center, my students will have the opportunity to navigate through books independently. This support means so much to my students and me!
