In PE classes we learn new skills that help students to perform in different sports. We practice and try to break down skills to help students to become proficient. It is one thing to watch a partner perform a skill live and try to break down the movements, but imagine if the students could use slow motion recording to breakdown the movement segments. They now can watch themselves performing the movements instead of just watching a partner. Technology can improve learning in all subject areas, even physical education! Along with video breakdowns, there are many apps that can track things such as heart rate and much more!

About my class
