As we all know, one of the most challenging subjects a person will face is math. Making math exciting and challenging is part of my job as a 7th-grade math teacher. This previous school year, I had to the opportunity to see how different environments and habits affect my students in a positive manner. With the COVID 19 restrictions, I had to think outside the box. For my classes, we did a lot of activities outside to give them an opportunity to move around more freely. All of my students enjoyed being outside and learning outside the four walls, we call a classroom. Purchasing the moveable whiteboard and table will give me an opportunity to take math outside all year round.
