Adding literature to math is powerful! I have found that some students who struggle with math may find it easier to grasp by including literature. Story time in math is also another great way to ease frustration and strengthen the relationship between the teacher and students. The iPads will provide an engaging math center. I currently have the OSMO software, but nothing to use it on. I am excited for my students to have the chance to use the OSMO software because it brings fun to number sense practice. The work in iPad center will focus on both number sense and math fact fluency.
