We've worked hard all year for this very moment-the final quarter! We've set the groundwork with phonetic skills for this instance when first-graders take that leap from decoding words to reading comprehension. And now the continuity of learning is severed with the necessity of school closures to institute social distancing. Our learners need to continue to grow their skills in reading and math through distance learning being implemented through our school system, but most of our students do not have a dedicated devise and basic supplies. In order to support this transition, students need wifi-ready devises as well as basic supplies.
