The Yamaha Harmony Director is an electronic piano keyboard that is designed to help band and orchestra students learn to play with better intonation. It is not meant to perform with like a standard keyboard but to help music students’ ear training. This is a difficult skill that takes time to develop. The Harmony Director will be connected to our existing keyboard amp for all the students to hear and song or play along with. We will be able to use this to help them better hear how to tune intervals and chords to make our band sound even better!
