MINDSTORMS robots are the industry standard for introducing scholars to the worlds of robotics. These two robots will provide our scholars hands-on experience assembling, programming and presenting their robots. Scholars will first design the robots to execute tasks. After design, the scholars use the MINDSTORMS bricks to create the physical robot and then complete the project by programming logic into the robot NXT brick. The scholars will enter their robots into "First LEGO League" robotics competition where they will be provided a problem and then are given the opportunity to solve that problem with the robot.
