I recently participated in a book study, "We can't teach what we don't Know", at school for professional development, and we had to create a final project to show our learning. My students and I will create a mural based on diversity, equity, and inclusion. The mural will be in one of the main hallways of the school to highlight diversity, equity, and inclusion. The mural focus will be the earth at the center with a rainbow surrounding it. The background and foreground will be covered with monsters and cartoon characters that the students will get to create. The rainbow will go all around the mural and characters.
