Students will be impacted with this purchase of a class set of To Kill a Mockingbird because they will have books that include all the pages needed to read them, to complete classroom assignments, to complete quote analysis projects, and to learn the necessary life lessons important in being a good citizen. Without complete learning materials, a lack of learning occurs. Students get disgruntled and we cannot accurately assess what students know and can do. Learning is a process; we need three parts: we must have the content to complete the process and we must go through the learning process with adequate content materials to create a product meeting our learning objectives.
